The Georgia Music Hall Of Fame

Yesterday I got a chance to stop by the Georgia Music Hall of Fame down in Macon Georgia.  The Georgia Music Hall of fame is a museum created to showcase and highlight musicians from Georgia who have made significant contributions to the music industry. The museum has multiple exhibits with artifacts and memorabilia from the actual artist.  The museum houses all types of priceless instruments like the first piano that Little Richard played his first paying gig on… to Curtis Mayfield’s lead guitar.  They even have the actual performance outfits worn by artist like the Ludacris, Usher and The B-52’s.  The thing I like about the Georgia Music Hall of Fame was that it covered so many different genres of music.  So if you from Georgia and you’re into Jazz, Hip Hop, Gospel, R&B, Soul, or Country music, you cant go wrong stopping by the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.  For more information on the Georgia Music Hall of Fame check out their website at  www.georgiamusic.org
