Khujo Goodie of the legendary Atlanta rap group Goodie Mob is now a free man after originally being sentenced to serve two years of a five year sentence. Khujo was released yesterday after the judge in his case figured out that one of his charges was illegal. Henry County had sentenced Khujo to two years because they thought that he was already a convicted felon due to a firearms violation dating back to 1990 when he was a teenager. That case was filed as a first offenders act and if you enter a plea under the First Offender Act you are not formally guilty.
Welcome Home Khujo!!!
