Juvenile’s Album Listening Dinner Party At Tree Sound Music Studio

On Thursday November 21, 2013, I got invited to one of the coolest events that I have been to in a while. The good folks over at Tree Sounds Music Studio hosted a private listening dinner party for the one and only Juvenile.  The intimate gathering consisted of  some of Atlanta’s hottest DJ’s, Media and Music Executives. Mali Hunter, the GM of Tree Sounds treated us all to a home made pre thanksgiving dinner with some of the best food that I have had in a long time (that cranberry stuffing was amazing, never had anything like it..lol).  After the dinner Juvenile went thru a lot of the new music that he has been working on for his untitled upcoming album. He explained the concept behind each song and also shouted who produced each single. The song that stood out to me the most was a song called “I Show Love” featuring Drake. That song was the most radio friendly song out of all the songs he previewed to us.  Yall look out for it because it’s definitely going to make an impact when it drops.  The event was sponsored by Heineken, Red Bull, Publik Trust and Dusse. After the listening, I got a chance to sit down and have a conversation with Juvenile about what he’s been up to lately, check out the interview below:
